IGNITE Programme – Next Chapter NW CIC

IGNITE Programme - Next Chapter NW CIC

At Next Chapter, we work with children over the age of 8 and adults.  We’re passionate about helping people to develop more understanding of themselves – their brains, their bodies and the direct link between the two.

This programme is where personal development, wellness and education meet, for women who have left an unhealthy relationship and want to re-connect with who they are, understand themselves better and move forward, improving mental health and emotional resilience. It is delivered in small groups of 6 either online or in person, giving a sense of comfort by being surrounded by others who understand the courage and strength you have to be here, ready to claim back YOU, in an environment underpinned by respect, co care and support.

We take you on a journey of self-discovery, understanding and encouraging you to step forward with your healing journey, thinking about who you want to be and discovering all those goals and dreams you have for yourself, laying foundations to work towards them.
