We are here to get you in the best frame of mind you can be in and to help you face life’s ups and downs. OOMOO is an Open Door Charity service that provides free, fast and effective support with no waiting lists, no complicated referral pathways and is completely free.

Open to all carers and residential staff

10am to 12 noon on the second Thursday of each month at Bloom Building, Abbey Close, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 5FQ

4pm to 5pm on the third Monday of each month at Soccerdome, 132 Birkenhead Road, Wirral CH44 7BZ
