Family Hubs are designed to bring the community together and offer a 'one stop' shop for children and families in Wirral, re-defining the way families connect with support and local services all under one roof.
Family Hubs are for all families with children aged 0-19 (up to age 25 with SEND) to help build connections and strengthen relationships. They provide information and support to adults in those families addressing topics such as lifelong learning, employment, parenting, as well as health and wellbeing and much more.
Dad's Support Group
Seacombe Family Hub are hosting this peer support group for Dads, which will be on alternating weeks, with sessions alternating between Stay and Play sessions and Peer Support sessions.
This is a drop-in, run by the 0-19 Health team.

Children aged 0 to 5 years
