Men Too offer a range of mental health support to men living with mental health issues and/or suicidal ideation.
Care Maintenance Group
These sessions will focus on reducing the feelings of loneliness with group work and support, building confidence and self-esteem, helping improve mental health, helping to increase child-centred fathering promoting respectful co-parenting with children’s mothers and helping with safeguarding.
Activities range from mini confidence-building sessions, anxiety management, anger management, pottery sessions, therapeutic art/sand play and a wide range of art/craft sessions that will be delivered from a nurturing environment.
These sessions are designed for Male parents or carers in the Wirral area with children or young people under the age of 18 (25 if SEND)
