Spark (formerly known as My MCT) is a youth-led movement that empowers young people to take charge of their futures through innovative, hands-on programmes in careers and enterprise. By amplifying their talents and voices, we connect young people with local businesses and community leaders, creating pathways to success and driving meaningful change.
Business Bootcamp
The Business Bootcamp is a transformative programme aimed at young, disadvantaged entrepreneurs aged 16-30. This six-month incubator equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to develop their business ideas into thriving ventures.
Through practical workshops, expert mentorship, and real-world challenges, young people will create a business plan, develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and master the art of pitching to investors. Our bootcamp covers a wide range of entrepreneurial skills, from branding and marketing to legal structures and financial management, empowering young people to succeed in the competitive business world.
We don’t do cookie-cutter solutions – this bootcamp is about pushing boundaries, tackling real-world challenges, and giving young people the tools and support needed to build something truly extraordinary.
Young people aged 16 to 30 who have a business concept/idea.
The programme runs annually from May to November, with sessions every Thursday and Friday
10am to 4pm
