Autism Together creates real work opportunities through a range of different services focused on individual progress and experience.
Our Mission
Bridge Community Wellness Farm is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire and our mission is to “Grow Better Lives” for those in need.
Growing Better Lives
At Bridge Community Farm, we provide a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment for individuals with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Providing real work experience and opportunity to get involved in many areas of horticulture and land management. Our volunteering programme supports individuals struggling with their mental health and isolation.
Our community café and rentable areas provide welcoming spaces for individuals and groups to meet others. With events regularly held such as coffee mornings for parents of those with Neuro-Diversity and regular events for children in school holidays.
We welcome volunteers on the farm to get involved in our regular volunteer days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), where you will be supported to identify the most appropriate volunteering opportunity for you.
We provide direct support to individuals with Autism, that would like to gain skills in horticulture and farming as well as working with the community.
