Empower to Success (E2S) is a programme aimed at supporting young people who are disconnected from the labour market and their aspirations. Over three dynamic days, participants take part in interactive workshops, self-discovery exercises, and skill-building activities designed to enhance both employability and confidence.

The Career Catalyst event is a one-day dynamic careers fair that brings together local training organisations and employers to help young people discover a wide range of training and employment opportunities. The Business Bootcamp is a transformative programme aimed at young, disadvantaged entrepreneurs aged 16-30. This six-month incubator equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to develop their business ideas into thriving ventures.

Children Heard and Seen supports children, young people and their families who are impacted by parental imprisonment. We strive to support their needs, listen to their concerns and ensure that their voices are heard. All support is offered at no cost to the family and without the need for an agency referral. We offer 1-1 support with trained staff, volunteer mentoring, parent support, peer support groups for children, online activities for children, and activity days.

The Care Leaver Covenant is a national inclusion programme that supports care leavers aged 16 to 25 to live independently. They create meaningful opportunities for care leavers in five key areas and support care leavers to access those opportunities.
