At Wirral Lifelong Learning, if you’re unemployed, in receipt of benefits or earn less that £33,958.60 per year before deductions, courses are completely free. English, Maths, ESOL (English for speakers of other languages), Family Learning and Essential Digital Skills courses are free for everyone.
