Our studio is also a calming space to enjoy meditation, sound therapy and retreats offering fully insured classes both online, in person and outdoors.
Mama Wellness is a new brand, brought to you by Claire Porter of Moo Music Heswall, Neston and Flintshire. This is a holistic brand that is to support our families through the early years, offering a studio space in the heart of Heswall to run classes.
Claire, leads all her sessions with love whether you're booking a baby class, soundbath, Circle or one to one session. The essence of what Mama Wellness runs through all the sessions.
