Shore is a safe space for teenagers worried about sexual behaviour.

Are you worried about your own or someone else’s sexual thoughts, feelings or actions? We can help. Shore has anonymous advice and support to help you or someone you know manage worrying thoughts and learn more about living safely both online and offline. All our services are anonymous, which means you don’t have to say who you are.

Shore was launched in 2023 to provide a safe and anonymous place for young people to get help and support. The aim of this website is to prevent harmful sexual behaviours among young people.

It’s for anyone who:

• has questions about healthy sexual relationships
• wants to change their own behaviour
• is looking for reliable information to help them respond to someone else’s behaviour
