The Birth Trauma Association (BTA) is a UK charity established in 2004 to support parents suffering from Post Natal Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or birth trauma. We are not trained counsellors or therapists or medical professionals. We are parents who wish to support other parents who have suffered as a result of a difficult birth experience.
The Muslim Youth Helpline (MYH) is an award-winning registered charity which provides pioneering faith and culturally sensitive services to Muslim youth in the UK. The helpline service is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year including Bank Holidays and Eid, providing Faith and Culturally sensitive support by phone, live chat, WhatsApp or email.
Charlie Watkins was only 22 when he took his life in March 2017. Sadly, Charlie never recovered from the tragic loss of his mother when he was only nine years old. Charlie is one of many examples of young people who suffer from mental health challenges today, and the Charlie Watkins Foundation aims to raise funds for partners of the foundation to better support young people who struggle with their mental health and wellbeing.
