The first step towards getting help can feel the biggest, it’s normal to feel nervous – so we want to make this as easy as possible.
Our self-referral process – All our services accept self-referrals, so you don’t have to go through your GP or other healthcare professionals. You need to be registered with a local GP practice before accessing support with us.
The quickest way to get matched with a therapist is to chat with the Limbic Referral Assistant. You can self-refer through our easy and secure online chat by chatting with our online referral assistant.
Otherwise, you can fill in the referral form and a friendly member of our team will get in touch with you within 2 working days, to take some more details and arrange your first appointment.
Alternatively, you can just give us a call.
If you have any questions or concerns about accessing our service or would like any help using the online chat, then please let us know.
For GPs and professionals – We also accept referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Please note – We are not a crisis service. If you feel at risk of harming yourself, or can’t keep yourself safe.
