Helen Diamond Swimming and Leisure is a family-run business providing lessons to hundreds of children throughout Wirral, we have been established since 1995. Our teachers are exceptionally well trained and dedicated to their work. The majority of our teachers have worked alongside Helen for over 20 years. With a low turnover of staff, Helen Diamond Swimming & leisure is able to provide continuity and excellent teaching in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

We teach children ranging from beginners right up to advanced lane swimming which is a natural progression, or a great alternative to swimming club. In the lower ability groups, we have teachers in the water at all times. This not only aids the swimmer to progress the strokes but gives the swimmer so much more confidence and reassurance, we are able to achieve much more from a swimmer by having teachers in the water. Our teachers pride themselves on providing a safe, caring environment which in turn produces fantastic swimming, this is down to our team being one of the best around.

We not only teach children from, 3yrs plus but have a lot of experience and specially trained staff who work with children who have additional needs. We can tailor a swim programme to the individual, along with offering 1-1 lessons. Our aim is to ensure all swimmers reach their full swimming potential.

Our lessons are carried out at 25m pools, Calday Grange swimming pool and Birkenhead High School.
