Members of our Helpdesk Responder Team have personal experience of hearing loss and provide a point of contact for any information or support that you may require.
They are assisted by our Community Support Volunteers, who are located across England and can provide personal and practical advice to support you.
We also run a number of group support programmes and community events throughout the year.
