Girlguiding events, adventures and regular meetings empower girls to be their best and become confident women.
The Wirral peninsula is situated between the River Mersey and River Dee, with beautiful coastal scenery and rich heritage. This makes for a compact and easily accessible Guiding county with a close working relationship across all sections and all Divisions.
Brownies: 7 to 10 years old
It’s about trying new things that teach girls about themselves, their community and their world. Learning new hobbies, getting creative, developing skills and having outdoor adventures. So much to explore.
Guides: 10 to 14 years old
It’s all about being inspired to try new and challenging things. Girls get to choose from different badges and awards which will help them build new skills and try new challenges. Don’t forget the overnight adventures too.
Rangers: 14 to 18 years old
It’s all about taking the lead and finding new challenges. That can be the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, Leadership Qualifications or helping run a Unit. Don’t forget the fun times’ festivals and international travel too.
