Girlguiding Wirral County

Girlguiding events, adventures and regular meetings empower girls to be their best and become confident women.

The Wirral peninsula is situated between the River Mersey and River Dee, with beautiful coastal scenery and rich heritage. This makes for a compact and easily accessible Guiding county with a close working relationship across all sections and all Divisions.

The County is split into 9 geographical areas called Divisions these are, Arrowebrook, Bebington, Birkenhead, Deeside, Dibbinsbrook, Ellesmere Port, Hinderton, Wallasey and West. Each Division has a Division Commissioner who is also a Trustee for the County. Wirral County is one of the 17 Guiding counties that make up the North West England Region, and we have around 4,000 girl and volunteer members.
