Tips for young parents

  1. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. People around you will be happy to help you out if you are struggling most of the time also you have to do is ask.
  2. Keep in touch with friends. You may feel as though your life has changed with a new baby but talking to friends can help you feel less alone.
  3. Don’t forget to take some time for yourself. Having a baby can be all consuming but it is important to still do things you enjoy.
