The Oldershaw Summer School/MW Sports
This summer school is supporting pupil’s secondary transition to The Oldershaw School. This is an opportunity for children to become familiar with their new environment and take part in a range of fun activities such as sports and arts and crafts. Children are also given breakfast and lunch as part of the provision. This provision will develop all pupils confidence ahead of their start in secondary school. MW Sports have successfully supported children’s secondary school with schools across the Wirral since 2020.
Summer HAF
HAF Holiday Activities are free for children and young people who receive benefit related free school meals. All free places have a meal included. If your child is not eligible for benefits related free school meals you may well find that some clubs offer paid activities too.
Recommended for ages 10 to 11 years
Edsential – If your child has a specific need, we advise that you contact the club directly to ensure that your child’s need can be met, or that the club can make reasonable adjustments prior to attendance. Even if the provider is SEND-specific, it’s important to tell providers about your child’s needs so they can be best looked after.
