Movement and Bloom Social Walks is run by a local mum with a fabulous team of volunteers who are also mums themselves. We are all about bringing mums together for friendship and support, and that all-important mum chat.
We all know how vital peer support is for our wellbeing and how transformational to our mood getting out of the house can be. Our walks are a great way to socialise with other local mums, especially during those first few weeks of motherhood + they are free and usually involve a coffee at the end.
Monday - Port Sunlight
Tuesday - West Kirby Promenade
Wednesday - Hoylake Promenade
Thursday - Birkenhead Park
