Qigong is for health and rehabilitation, recovery management of health conditions, it offers a psychological harmony and inner serenity. It is coordinated movements, breathing and meditation all used together for the purpose of health and spirituality.
Qigong is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.

£5 per class, as we are currently restricted there are no class passes or memberships available yet.
