Port Sunlight Village Trust (PSVT) is an independent charitable trust responsible for preserving and promoting the village. Set up by Unilever in 1999, the Trust works with Port Sunlight’s residents to create a self-sustaining village for all who live, visit and work here.
All of the village’s parks, gardens, monuments and memorials are cared for by PSVT, as well as the majority of public buildings and nearly a third of the houses. The entire village is a Designated Conservation Area and nearly every building is Grade II Listed.
Community Get Together
It’s time for Port Sunlight’s annual summer Community Get Together.
Join us on the Village Green opposite Port Sunlight Museum for an opportunity to meet your neighbours and enjoy a day of family fun. Watch performances by Sing the Musicals’ choir, enjoy children’s craft stalls and face painting, and take part in lawn games, gardening workshops, and books and reading circle.
It’s free and you don’t need a ticket – please just turn up and drop in anytime.
While the event is aimed at Port Sunlight residents, you don’t need to be a resident to attend, everyone is welcome from our wider communities as well as general visitors.
This year’s Community Get Together is supported by PSVT’s Community Development Advisory Group, who will also be there to engage with residents and share what they are working on alongside other advisory groups.
Everyone is welcome
