Calday Grange Swimming Pool

Calday Grange Swimming Pool is local community pool used by many user groups from the local area for lessons, lane swimming and more.

Calday Pool is a registered charity, formed in September 1996, by a group of Pool Users, to take over the running of the pool after the Local Authority’s decision not to renew its lease. The pool is now on a long-term lease to the Trust from Calday Grange Grammar School. The pool is hired out to numerous groups and clubs from the local area for various activities, as well as being used for primary school and Calday Grammar School sessions and offering Lifeguard Courses.

Our Lessons

Here at Calday Grange Swimming Pool we offer our very own swimming lessons for children over the age of 3, of any swimming ability. We provide two different kinds of swimming lessons, Term Time swimming lessons and Intensive swimming lessons. Our Term Time lessons are weekly lessons, whereas our Intensive swimming lessons run during school holidays.

Calday Grange Lane Swimming - A friendly local lane swimming club for swimmers of any ability.
Aquafit - An aqua aerobics class for people of any age to keep fit while having fun.
Pen Paddlers Canoe Club - A friendly local lane swimming club for swimmers of any ability.
Hoylake ASC - A Local Amateur Swimming Club
Wirral Over 50's Swimmers - A Swimming club for people aged 50 and over.
Mersey Tri - A Local Triathlon training club
Woodchurch ASC - A Local Amateur Swimming Club
Deeside Divers - A Local Sub Aqua Diving Club
