Active Wirral hold a Buggy Park Fitness session at the Oval Leisure Centre on Tuesdays.
No special pram is required and you can work at your own fitness level. Come along and meet new friends. This can help with post-natal depression.
Bring a bottle of water so that you can stay hydrated and your little one will stay in the pram so you don't need a babysitter.
