HENRY (Health, Exercise, Nutrition for the Really Young) is here to help! Whether you’re expecting a baby or have children up to the age of 12, HENRY offers free, friendly support to help you feel more confident and build healthy, happy routines at home.
Their workshops are designed to make family life easier, covering everything from fussy eating and managing behaviour to family routines, emotional wellbeing and getting active together.
