Vale Park Community Centre, Vale Park, New Brighton CH45 1LZ
Tiny Tools is teaming up with Wirral Menopause to start a monthly women’s support group at Vale Park Community Centre.
This is a space where women can come in, sit down, have a brew, rant if they need to, laugh if they can, maybe cry a bit, and just be around people who actually get it.
Just a warm, safe space to be seen and heard.
Whether it’s menopause, perimenopause, ADHD, anxiety, burnout, motherhood, grief, stress, or just that feeling of “I don’t even know what’s wrong, I’m just not myself” you will be made welcome and heard.
Tiny Tools for Big Feelings is a Wirral-based Community Interest Company offering anxiety and emotional wellbeing support for children, young people, and adults.
