Build confidence and life skills

Resilient NW CIC are re-launching their Resilient Project for 16–30 year olds.

This project covers topics including mindfulness, self-care, budgeting, cooking and employability skills all in a caring and supportive space.

This course will help you to:

  • Stay healthy
  • Make new friends
  • Find activities to make you happy
  • Find a job or volunteering role
  • Learn cooking skills

Resilient NW CIC is an inclusive education and life skills training provider. They work with children and young people, their families and carers enabling them to develop life skills and their resilience, to help them succeed.

Who is it aimed at?

Ages: 16-30

When

Course starts: Wednesday 7th October 2026 and runs for 8 weeks

11:00am – 1:00pm
