Self Help Terminals – Citizens Advice Wirral

Self Help Terminals - Citizens Advice Wirral

Citizens Advice Wirral understand that not everyone finds it easy to get help online.

Whether it’s a lack of digital skills, limited access to devices, financial pressures, or health and mobility issues, being excluded from online services can make dealing with everyday problems even harder.

That’s why they have launched free advice terminals available at trusted community locations across Wirral.

Self-help terminals can help you access the advice you need, they are easy-to-use and give people direct access to support and advice. They allow you to:

  • Search the Citizens Advice Wirral website for self-help information on common problems
  • Find details for the Ask Us Wirral Advice Line
  • Make a self-referral, so the Citizens Advice Wirral team can get in touch to help with your concern

The terminals are designed to be accessible and welcoming. Each one has a simple step-by-step guide next to it, and staff or volunteers at the venue are available to help if you need support navigating the pages
