Phab aims to promote and encourage people of all abilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete inclusion within the wider community.
Phab inspires and supports children, young people and adults with and without disabilities to make more of life together – breaking down community barriers, reducing social isolation, and creating opportunities for able and disabled people to enjoy the same activities and challenges.
Our funky activities range from live music quizzes to Zany murder mystery evenings, from BBQs to Indian food tasting, from accessible taekwondo to Talent nights, from blind dates to ‘Play Your Cards Right’, all of which are loved by all our members, who we call ‘Phabbers’.
