At JC Wellbeing, the Physiology First methodology is at the heart of everything we do.
Jimmy, a certified leader in this innovative approach, guides each session with a focus on teaching individuals the importance of understanding and prioritising their physiology. Our goal is to empower people with practical skills that not only enhance their wellbeing during their time with us but also help them navigate life’s challenges long after they leave the centre.
Adapted Programmes of Education (APE)
Our mission at APE is to ensure that all children and young people who access our service develop – not only the practical life skills they will need in their adult life – but also to discover and build on the passion and strengths they possess.
The foundation of our service is based on truly understanding our own emotions and physiology, as it is our belief that this knowledge, alongside an understanding of the ever-changing world around us and the impact of how these elements intertwine, will help us all truly thrive in life and reach our potential.
When children and young people come to us, they will learn about themselves, become comfortable in their own skin, and leave us with the confidence, tools, skills, and aspirations to find and live their own individual purpose.
