Barnardo’s Boloh Helpline for Black, Asian and minority ethnic children, young people and families.
We are a helpline for Black, Asian and minority ethnic children, young people and families providing culturally informed and sensitive advice, signposting, advocacy, emotional support and free therapeutic support.
We also support Hong Kong British Nationals (Overseas) and their families to settle in the UK and offer advice on a range of issues, including but not limited to housing options, accessing education, welfare benefits, integration and resettlement.
Further assistance includes emotional support and six free sessions of psychotherapy delivered by qualified Barnardo’s therapists, practical support such as food vouchers and access to digital devices.
We offer advice, mental health and practical support to adult asylum seekers across the UK
Monday to Friday – 10am to 8pm
