Sound Baths for Parent Carers
Now the children are back at school, it’s time to make some space for you.
We are inviting all parent carers to join us for a series of free Sound Baths this autumn and winter. These calming, restorative sessions use the healing power of sound to help you relax, reset, and recharge. Because your wellbeing matters too.
Think:
We’ll provide mats and blankets — just bring a cushion (and your favourite blanket if you like!) for ultimate comfort.
For parent-carers of children or young people with additional or health care needs

Thursday 9th October 2025 – 6:30pm to 9pm – Vale House Community Centre, Vale Park, New Brighton, Wirral CH45 1LZ
Thursday 4th December 2025 – 6:30pm to 9pm – Hoylake Parade Community Centre, 31 Hoyle Rd, Hoylake, Wirral CH47 3AG
Each session is completely free for parent carers
Spaces are limited to just 10 people per session, so booking is essential. Please visit the booking page to secure your free space
