Tiny Tools for Big Feelings is a Wirral-based Community Interest Company offering anxiety and emotional wellbeing support for children, young people, and adults.
We deliver accessible, trauma-informed coaching and emotional support through structured group programmes, 1:1 sessions, and downloadable resources.
Our services include:
• 1:1 and group coaching for children (age 6+) struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, exam stress, or hidden struggles
• Peer mentoring and resilience-building workshops for young people, including care leavers and those at risk of becoming NEET
• Adult sessions focused on anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, and peer connection – delivered 1:1 or in small groups
• Parent support for those raising neurodivergent or anxious children
• School-based coaching, 6-week group programmes and 1:1 sessions for pupils (e.g., anxiety, regulation, self-esteem, exam stress)
• Creative, therapeutic sessions including art-based tools to support emotional expression and resilience
All sessions use elements of the STILL Method and are neurodiversity-affirming. We aim to help children, teens, and adults manage big feelings, reduce overwhelm, and build lasting self-regulation skills.
No diagnosis is required. We work with neurodivergent and undiagnosed individuals. Services are inclusive, flexible, and funded or low-cost where possible.
