The Living Well Service is built on the principles of listening to communities and meeting their needs by bringing the right services to them. The service, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, operates on a fully drop-in basis. It offers all routine NHS immunisations, including COVID-19 vaccinations, health checks and mental health support.
The service is available to all adults and children
Wednesday 9th July – Eastham Library / One Stop Shop, Mill Park Drive car park, Mill Park Drive, Eastham, CH62 9DL from 10:30am to 4pm
Wednesday 16th July – Brassey Gardens Children Centre, 2 Brassey Street, Birkenhead, CH41 8DA from 10:30am to 4pm
Wednesday 23rd July – The Livvy’, Equilibrium North West CIC, Livingstone Street Play & Community Centre, 130 St Anne Street, Birkenhead, CH41 3HX from 10:30am to 4pm
Thursday 31st July – Seacombe Family Hub, St Paul’s Road, Wallasey, CH44 7AN from 10:30am to 4pm
Tuesday 5th August – Bromborough Family Hub, Gratrix Road, Bromborough, CH62 7BW from 10:30am to 4pm
