Spark (formerly known as My MCT) is a youth-led movement that empowers young people to take charge of their futures through innovative, hands-on programmes in careers and enterprise. By amplifying their talents and voices, we connect young people with local businesses and community leaders, creating pathways to success and driving meaningful change.
Pathway to Enterprise
Pathway to Enterprise is a fast-paced, 3-week programme designed for young people aged 16-30 who have a business mindset and creative ideas but may feel disconnected from traditional education. In this intensive course, participants will work in teams to develop unique business concepts, build their brand, create a budget, and prepare to pitch their ideas to a panel.
With hands-on workshops, peer mentorship, and real-world business challenges, this programme equips young people with the essential entrepreneurial skills needed to take their first steps into the world of business.
Young people aged 16 to 30 who are disengaged from traditional academic pathways but have an interest in entrepreneurship and want to develop their business ideas.
The programme runs quarterly, over 3 weeks, with sessions held twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
