Spark (formerly known as My MCT) is a youth-led movement that empowers young people to take charge of their futures through innovative, hands-on programmes in careers and enterprise. By amplifying their talents and voices, we connect young people with local businesses and community leaders, creating pathways to success and driving meaningful change.
Empower to Success (E2S)
Empower to Success (E2S) is a programme aimed at supporting young people who are disconnected from the labour market and their aspirations. Over three dynamic days, participants take part in interactive workshops, self-discovery exercises, and skill-building activities designed to enhance both employability and confidence.
The programme introduces young people to career professionals, inspiring them to raise their aspirations and set clear, achievable career goals. Through skills audits and team-building exercises, participants uncover their talents, gaining valuable knowledge and skills. E2S offers a holistic approach that equips young people for both personal development and career success.
Young adults aged 16 to 24 years olds, who struggle with low self-esteem and confidence and feel distanced from the labour market and their aspirations.
This programme runs monthly, for 3 consecutive days, usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
