CYD provides participatory arts for young people across Wirral which promotes independence, positive self-esteem and confidence. CYD provides a range of in-house activities based at Pilgrim Street Arts Centre and outreach activities including dance, drama, technical theatre, music and visual arts that enables young people to improve their physical and emotional well-being.

Creative Arts

Creative Youth Development offer free sessions for SEND children. There is dance, drama, singing, photography and more.

All sessions are free. Topics include youth voice, dance, drama, sound technician studies, art, photography and youth parliament.

There is even a session called Pioneers of Sustainable Hope. These fun sessions are based at Pilgrim Street Arts Theatre in Birkenhead.
