Feel Good Fitness

Join us every Tuesday for Feel Good Fitness.

This is a free, fun, and welcoming weekly class where everybody is invited, no matter your fitness level. There is no pressure, no diet culture – just movement that makes you feel good.

If you have little ones, there is no problem as they are welcome too. We cannot wait to see you there.
