We are KH Speed School, a leading Youth Sports Performance gym based at The Grange School.
We coach children between the ages of 6 to 22 to improve all aspects needed for sport. We work with kids at all levels, from beginning who don’t play any sports to elite athletes.
They work on all aspects needed for sports. From running form, speed, agility, strength, power, balance and coordination. You name it, we will be helping them improve on it.
We offer a free trial session to all children who want to give our sessions a go to decide if it’s the right fit for them.
