Gain the knowledge to enable us to better understand and deal with our previous experiences.

This is a resilience-building programme to support recovery from experiencing difficult and abusive relationships.

The programme covers -

• Understanding the dynamics of domestic abuse violence/ coercive control
• Understanding coping strategies as resilience building
• Identifying and deleting internalised negative voice
• Understanding emotional regulation and stress
• Developing skills to recovery, self esteem confidence and healthy lifestyle
