Equilibrium North West CIC works to create better balance to reduce health and wellbeing related inequalities. We work to reduce disadvantages to groups and individuals most at risk; to find solutions to help them have the same chances and experiences as their peers. We also give people a voice through social research and finding out what people’s experiences, wishes and needs are. We then design projects, workshops and interventions with those people in mind. 

Happy Minds Positivity Club

Equilibrium North West CIC in partnership with the amazing Positivity Club CIC has a very special afterschool club; truly amazing for supporting children and young people with their wellbeing.

Helping us to grow healthy mindsets and habits; with a whole host of activities to help improve self-identity, self-esteem and confidence; this group is for everyone. Make memories, and friends, learn to love the skin you are in and indulge in healthy activities.
