Bromborough Gloves, at The Rake, offers sessions through the week.

You will be trained by an England Boxing Qualified, Level 2 Gym instructor with over 20 years boxing experience.

All ages, levels and abilities are welcome, we run a mix of classes including:

• Kids classes
• England Boxing
• Women's Sessions
• Men's Sessions
• Circuit training
• 1-2-1 Boxing Pad work and fitness

We also provide a Boxing Bootcamp:

• Non-contact
• Basic Boxing drills
• Strength and conditioning

Who is this aimed at?

All are welcome, age restrictions may apply for some classes
