The MyMind website is part of the The 0-18 Wirral Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service (CYPMHS) – formerly known as CAMHS, run by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP). We support children, young people and their families in many different ways with their mental health and well-being.
MyMind is a website for young people, parents, and professionals working with children and young people. Here you can find information on how to look after your mental health, how to access help and support, and details of support services in your local area.
If you or the young person is at immediate risk, please call the 24/7 Urgent Mental Healthline: 0800 145 6485

There are ways to develop coping strategies through self-help resources such as websites, apps and reading materials.
Getting Help
Sometimes we need someone to help us deal with our problems. This can mean speaking with a professional about your thoughts and feelings, or accessing an advice line for immediate support.
Help in a Crisis
If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse and you feel like you can’t cope with how you’re feeling, this can be called a ‘mental health crisis’.
