Welcome to your local, independent charity, there to help and support people with a learning disability, wherever they are in Wirral.
Wirral Mencap look to open up new opportunities and experiences to adults in Wirral with a learning disability, as well as their families.
Driven by a small team of staff and amazing volunteers, they work closely with members and their families to offer opportunities and advance equality, ensuring learning disabilities are no barrier to a full and successful life.
Wirral Mencap organise events in the community and reach out to Wirral organisations, raising funds that support local people in need of assistance, as well as awareness of the need for inclusive spaces throughout the peninsula.
