We are a warm and inviting studio that welcomes all ages to take part in any of our Activities/Workshops that they feel will help their mental health and wellbeing.

It is a place people come together to share their love of their hobby whilst meeting people with the same passion.

Wednesday club for parents, toddlers and babies. Join us for an hour of Yoga, Meditation and Story Time why not stay afterwards and enjoy a cup of tea and cake in our beautiful seated area.
