Come and join Mamafit for Walk and Talk. This is a fun and friendly buggy walk around Birkenhead Park, encouraging chat and interaction between mums.

Followed by free drinks and more chances to socialise in the Visitor Centre Cafe, helping you to build confidence, find peer support and develop new friendships.
