We help young people build the essential skills they need to achieve their potential. In school, in life, and in work. We’re based throughout the UK, supporting young people to own their future from Dundee to London.
Sport is at the heart of what we do and what makes us successful. We support young people holistically, recognising the inextricable links between wellbeing, health and employment. We use the power of sport to help young people, aged 16-29, who face personal barriers to employment to improve their wellbeing, secure employment and have a brighter future. We work in communities and with employers to equip young people with the confidence, motivation, essential skills and qualifications needed to succeed in the world of work.
Academy
Our employability Academies, which typically last between 10-12 weeks, provide an inclusive approach to helping young people find suitable work, training opportunities, apprenticeships, or further education. These programmes run from Monday to Thursday and include classroom sessions, employability workshops, sports and fitness activities, work experience events, site visits, one-to-one mentoring, and more. If you want to gain valuable skills and qualifications and even get work experience opportunities with one of our employer partners, this is for you. It’s about your goals – we work with you to find the right opportunity and empower you to own your future. Attendance is free and everyone is welcome.
Job Club
Our Job Club is a weekly drop-in service focused solely on employability and job searching. If you need support but can’t commit to a full course, or you know exactly what your career goals are, this might be the perfect option for you. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you write an interview-winning CV or cover letter, apply for live vacancies, and prepare for interviews.
Street Sports
Love sport? Not sure what support is right for you but interested in getting involved? Join us for our weekly Street Sports sessions to get active and meet new people. Take part in our free sports sessions, such as football, badminton, and basketball, and it could be the start of your journey to finding a job.
This is aimed at anyone aged 16 to 30 who is not in work, education or training
