SDW Dance has classes for all ages and abilities. Steph is a dance instructor, facilitator, and performer, bringing dance to the community and beyond with Zumba, contemporary, and world dance styles. This is for parents and tots with dance music stories and rhymes. Sharing the joy of dance.
Movers and Groovers
Come along for singing, dancing, moving and grooving. We use music, dance and action rhymes to stimulate and help develop motor skills and coordination. We sing along as we move our bodies to develop our muscle memory skills and support our mind and body.
