hatch is an emotional wellbeing service for school-aged young people delivered by Utopia Project. hatch is here to make sure that you have emotional wellbeing support.

Primal is a skills-based programme tailored to the individual needs of children aged 8 to 13 years. Weekly support from Wellbeing Coach, will develop their understanding and learn new skills in order to deal with challenges they may face within the following themes;

Anxiety
Dealing with worries
Anger management
Emotional wellbeing
Self-esteem
Maintaining positive relationships
Reflective behaviour

The computerised programme includes discussion points, videos and exercises offering a fun and engaging intervention. The course is curated to suit the needs of the child meaning the number of sessions will vary, with a a maximum of 8.
