Next Chapter (NWCIC) can offer tailored support to anyone who has been affected by domestic abuse. We have created a 'journey' for our service users to embark on, support can be shaped and guided by you, for the length of time and at a pace that's suitable, convenient and safe for you. The aim is to increase personal and physical safety, empowering victims to explore their options with an open mind, to meet with others who have experienced similar experiences in a self and co-care environment.
This Domestic Abuse Awareness course is for women who have left an unhealthy or abusive relationship and ready to move forward. The course is delivered in small groups of 6 either online or in person, giving a sense of comfort, being surrounded by others who understand the courage and strength it has taken to be here. It is for those who are ready to claim back ‘YOU’, in an environment underpinned by respect, co-care and support.
We take you on a journey of self discovery, encouraging you to step forward with your healing journey, thinking about who you want to be and discovering all those goals and dreams you have for yourself, laying foundations to work towards them.
