We are Mind. We understand mental health and wellbeing. We are here for you if you are finding things hard. We help everyone understand mental health problems so that no one has to feel alone. Mental health is on a spectrum – we can be ill and struggling and well and functioning. It constantly changes which can be exhausting, but it is also a reminder that things will change for the better again.

If you are going through a difficult time or are struggling with how you are feeling, it can be really scary and upsetting.
