Support for Parents

How can hatch help you support your child?

We recognise that supporting your child through mental health difficulties can be a daunting and stressful experience.

That’s why at hatch we are developing our parental support by offering parenting workshops that cover;

  • Learning about ADHD & Autism

  • Exploring CBT to help overcome my child’s worries

  • De-escalation strategies to support my child

  • How attachment & trauma impacts behaviour

If you feel you require further support for yourself please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff at hatch and we can support in signposting to other local services or just provide a listening ear (and coffee)
